Opening up can be very hard for everyone and anyone. A lot of us have problems one day. Whether you’re an adult, a kid or a teen, problems are always near. It’s a part of life. When those problems do come it’s hard to talk about them. You don’t want to tell your parents, kids or even friends. You don’t trust anyone with your problems. Then those problems bottle up. It really isn’t good to let those problems bottle up because then you get more problems and one day you just might explode on someone that you love. That won’t be a good thing.   So what do you do when you have problems? I know some people can be shy but if you go to a social worker or any adult you trust and vent it will be very helpful. Yes, it can be hard or scary but it can help you in the end. Trust me I know. I have a lot going on in my life, friends getting mad at each other, boyfriends getting in the way, and death. It can help to see a social worker. I suggest that you should if you have a lot going on at home or school. It will help you and will make you feel better.   – Tatiana

As a very private person, it’s really hard for me to talk about what’s bugging me, even to those I’m close to. I either feel like I’m whining too much or I’d be better off handling things on my own.

Most of the time, I really am better off handling whatever’s bothering me on my own. But for the times when I’m not successful at that, when I really should talk to someone, I keep it bottled up inside me. Believe me, that’s gotten me into more trouble than it’s worth.
