So with the end of senior year for me coming up soon, there will be many farewells that must be made. Some may be relatively permanent with those going out of state, while some might just be for the summer if we end up going to the same college. Additionally, accompanying the separation is the need to make important decisions and face changes. Deciding whether to go to college or not, then if so, the question of which one and then the idea of having to be in a relatively larger campus all seemed rather overwhelming to me at first — especially since I have no older siblings to help me and my parents didn’t understand much of the process either. I’d also have to make new friends and get accustomed to a new style of education. Personally, I think I deal well with small changes, but with such important changes like this, I find it difficult to cope with sometimes. If you are or were a senior, or even if you’re in 8th grade and heading off to high school, how are you dealing with it?   – Vivian
