I’m a senior in high school and I have less than 20 school days left so I think it’s safe to say that Senioritis has set in. Seriously, I’ve already decided what college I’m going to and already starting the transition into life as a full-time college student. The only real bummer is that if I let my grades slip too much then a college could deny my admission. I’ve been assured that this only happens under extreme circumstances although I’m still being cautious. That said, I’m already kind of slacking off in most of my classes now that my nerves aren’t being rattled with college deadlines. The hectic time of college applications is now over and now the easy wait until graduation is all that separates me from freedom. I’m so over school, but the problem is school doesn’t seem to be done with me. In the next couple of weeks I have to read three books, try not to fail any classes, and complete a major project. Why won’t my teachers just let me coast through graduation? I’m already planning for the summer, which includes my birthday so the wait seems to be even more excruciating.   – Ruben
