Does anyone else find it a little crazy that almost any kind of food can now be frozen and sold as a microwavable meal? Seriously, if you walk down any frozen food aisle at a supermarket there are microwavable burgers, Chinese food, breakfast sandwiches, and every other snack under the rainbow. They seem to sell very well due to the incredibly, easy preparation. I’m 17 years old and am therefore useless in the kitchen as well as too lazy to attempt anything past a sandwich. That’s why it excites me when I can microwave lasagna in just minutes than having to make one from scratch. The downside to all this is that I find myself having three lasagnas a day, which really can’t be healthy for me. It really is a conundrum because I love how easy I can prepare food now, but I don’t like that it causes me to eat vast amounts of it. I guess it’s all about self-control and making healthy eating decisions as well as a balance of good, old fashioned cooking and mini microwavable pizza rolls.   – Ruben
