I have this magazine I’m reading that is for teens. So I get to this article in it and it’s about moods and depressions. There is a lot of interesting statistics in the article too. About 67% of readers have felt sad or depressed for no reason. That is a huge number, especially if it is mostly girls who vote. The article also mentioned that just the little things can get you down. Checking Facebook 24/7 and comparing it to your own life can make a person unhappy and anxious. I find that interesting. Sweets or junk food can give you a rush at first but when you crash it makes a person crankier than before. The last one was alcohol. It stays in your body for days. One, it isn’t healthy to begin with and two, it can make you even more depressed after it drains out of the body. – Tatiana
