Beware… Beware… BEWARE! The holidays are upon us, and with this season come those unwanted pounds. Those love handles don’t just appear, ladies and gents, they are directly related to those extra helpings of stuffing, slices of pie, and pounds of ice cream. They come from those lovely Christmas drinks, those potato latkes, and those filthy delicious chocolates your Aunt Myrtle always bring over. Don’t you look at me with those sad, puppy-dog eyes and tell me how gross you feel… PUT DOWN THE FOOD, step away, and get your butt to the gym!
Ok, so I am seriously just kidding. But, have you ever felt the sting of the holiday weight gain? I know I have… and it doesn’t feel so good. In fact, it feels quite terrible. I have been on the receiving end of those nasty aforementioned statements, and let me tell you, nothing makes me want to eat more. So, this holiday season, I challenge you to eat your hearts out. Enjoy those needless calories, indulge in those rich, delectable pastries, and relish those new found love handles. I know I love having a little something, something to grab on to.
