When you are stressed, there is no better way to de-stress than to have fun. When you engage in an activity that you really enjoy, it is easier to reduce your stress level. Some stress relieving activities can feel more like a chore and add on to your stress. It is always nice to engage in physical exercise because you have something else to concentrate on. One of the most fun ways to relieve stress in this manner is to work out with a friend. I know from my personal experiences that writing is also a good way to relieve stress. Making up stories and writing them down with friends is an easy way to relieve stress. Though there are many ways to relieve stress, laughter is the best medicine for anything that ails you. Hearing a good joke that makes you laugh will easily take your mind off any ailment. When you laugh and are happy it reduces the effects of stress on your body and helps you feel relaxed.
