Depression can run strongly in the minds of those who are in out of control and not ideal situations. How though can one find a way through the haze and lethargy it can bring? Being diagnosed with depression myself I know how difficult it can be even to move some days. Every one suffers from sorrow that can build into a depression though even if you are not diagnosed with depression. One of the most important things to help managing this is eating well by making sure you get enough or as many fruit and vegetable nutrients as well as protein and carbohydrates. First step to getting trough it though is to find the root cause of the suffering. I have found that this may take alone time and/or a person to talk with that you know and trust. If you can’t find a root cause it may be a clinical problem or it could be that you refuse to look at the suffering. For me I have never had a time when I did not truly know what was causing the depression all though there were times when I would hide it from myself because I did not want to face it. Once past this most important step, one might try either doing something to alleviate the cause of the suffering. If this is impossible I would suggest doing something that makes you feel proud or loved. If it’s too deep for this seek help now.
