To be or not to be that is a question. To be and not to be; this is the same and the answer. These words I thought of about a month ago and have been trying to fit it into one of my blogs. We all have choices and by selecting one most times we eliminate another. To be one way counteracts being another. The real test of character is being what we want to be and this may mean recognizing that which we don’t want to be. Scientifically this fits with the nature of the universe as well because void is and is technically nothing at the same time. Without void we would not have a place to be. So in reality without space and nothingness not a bit of matter would be able to move or really exist at all. The same I think is true of our emotions. If there was no down time we could not get going. If there is not pain, how do we know what is pleasure? Opposites are part of a whole and are only extremes by way of relativity. Looking at the totality of things, not that this truly can be done with our limited perspectives and relative position, is a tool to put our positions into context and realize that what may seem bad at the time can be used for benefit. The totality may not be able to be comprehended by humans so try to see all you can.
