Fighting over some tiny, frivolous things can be fun, exhilarating even, when you know that you can look past it later, or for lack of a better term, just suck it up. It kills when someone’s unable to do so, and you’re left to deal with an argument. Being the bigger person is hard, and it must get lonely looking down from up there. But, isn’t that why we rotate the position? Oh, that’s exactly why we don’t. It takes guts to get on that pedestal, and it’s not always worth it, given how immature peers can be at times. I’m just getting rid of the taste of a grudge myself, truthfully. And then I think, what if you all just take the higher road, and take that longer trip to victory together; it’s better than an argument, but again, at times, it’s just not what you’d want to do. If anything, just remember this: there’s no shame in taking a chill pill. I’ll gladly pop one right now. Who’s with me?
