Food is delicious, and should be treated as such. it kills me when I watch people starve themselves for that extra pound. I know, I’ve been there, and I know how hard it is to take off those beach-body goggles that just cloud your vision in all their spray tanned glory. But, did you know if you take them off that you’d realize that it’s better to eat more than to skip meals by choice. And on that note, why would you? Food is energy, and sometimes it can even be a good mood just waiting to happen, if you have your favorite snack available. Eating is natural, even though the way you might want to look at the end of the day may not be. For all of you who want to look just a little better, feel a bit healthier, do just that, and eat! Foods that are good for you don’t have to be tasteless, or bad tasting, they can be the foods that you enjoy right now, just in moderation. Here’s a tip: the next time you feel like skipping a meal, whether you’re too rushed or tired for breakfast, or just sleepy enough to put dinner off that much longer, remember that eating smaller meals every three hours jump starts your metabolism and gives you just the amount of energy you were wishing you had. It may seem like a hassle, maybe even overkill, but please, for the love of food, just eat!
