I hated it, every day going to school and knowing I’d be laughed at with no one to help me. I just wanted to run away. I felt trapped and alone, I had no friends. People would say mean things to me, mostly online. They would post mean things of me, saying I would sleep with anyone when in truth I never felt that way at all. I thought that the only way out was to die, to end all the pain. I didn’t want to suffer anymore. Well one day I made a failed attempt, when I woke up I didn’t know that everyone around me cared so much. I actually had people that cared, even some from school that I barely ever talked to. I began to go to group counseling and meet others that had been through what I had too. I always thought I was alone, that I was the only one. The thing is I wasn’t and soon enough I learned to take control of my life. I began to learn how to be free of fear to know how to be able to let all the pain go. I began to stand up for me, to love me for me, I am free.
