To meet the goals that I have set I have started making little changes in my day for better. I have been told it is a better choice than what I was doing before. I have started studying for an hour every day. Doing something school related, like homework, studying, and going over notes and stuff. I have noticed a change in grades from like C’s to B’s, for now soon to be A’s. Also working out an hour a day. Making the most out my time I have. On weekends I haven’t made many changes I’m still mostly chillin. I am even changing my eating habits. Cutting back on chips and fries and fatty food. Just chicken, meat, and milk, and vegatables. A lot of lean foods, and I am feeling leaner to. I am still kind of iffy on it but I am seeing results so I am going to stick to it.
