Gordon Vance, NRS director of programs, attended Child Helpline International's (CHI) second global conference in Amsterdam, March 20 - 25th. A network of hotlines encompassing 61 countries, CHI offers its members opportunities for discovering techniques to improve and expand their services to vulnerable youth around the world. Creating a forum for conference participants to share ideas and service models, the 2005 CHI sessions also focused on ways to maximize the efficiency of communications technologies.
