Headshots Join us on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 2:00PM EST / 1:00PM CST for a unique learning opportunity hosted by the Family and Youth Services Bureau (FYSB), COVID-19 and Crisis Hotlines: Lessons Learned and Beyond.

This panel session will include representatives from three hotlines funded by the Administration of Children and Families – the National Domestic Violence Hotline, the National Runaway Safeline, and the National Human Trafficking Hotline – discussing the following topics surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • the impact of COVID-19 on vulnerable youth and survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking;
  • the challenges and opportunities each organization has faced to continue serving those in need of support; and
  • lessons learned from these uncertain times and plans for the future.
